By using rauros.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They cover use of the website only: Rauros services are governed by separate agreements.

1 · Who we are

2 · Use of the site

The site is provided for informational purposes. We work to keep it running and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. You agree not to use it unlawfully, not to attempt to compromise its security and not to overload its infrastructure.

3 · Intellectual property

The content of the site (text, graphics, logo, code, the particle visual engine and layout) belongs to Anduin d.o.o. or its respective owners and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written permission, other than normal browsing.

4 · No binding offer

Information about the services (AI automations, intelligent agents, consulting, training), indicative timelines (“prototype in 30 days”) and any other content are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer. A contractual relationship arises only from a specific written agreement between you and Anduin d.o.o.

5 · Free audit and bookings

The initial audit is a free, no-commitment call. Booking through the cal.com calendar or by email creates no obligation for either party; cancellations and changes are always possible.

6 · Third-party links and services

The site embeds or links to third-party services (e.g. cal.com). We are not responsible for the content, policies or operation of sites and services we do not directly control.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anduin d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for reliance on informational content.

8 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where Anduin d.o.o. is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues.
