Notice
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit rauros.ai or contact us. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable law. The site is designed to collect the bare minimum: it uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers.
1 · Data controller
The data controller is Anduin d.o.o. (trading as “Rauros”), Ulica rijeke Rižane – Via del fiume Risana 4, Novigrad – Cittanova, Croatia — OIB 10266086826 · MB 06282946.
For any request about your data, write to info@rauros.ai.
2 · What data we collect
We only process data you provide voluntarily or that is technically necessary to run the site:
- Contact data: if you email us (name, email address and the content of your message).
- Booking data: if you book the free audit through the cal.com calendar embedded on the “Book” page (name, email, chosen date/time and any notes). This data is also processed by cal.com — see section 5.
- Technical data: server and proxy logs (IP address, user-agent, date/time, requested page) generated automatically by our hosting and by Cloudflare to run and protect the site.
We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
3 · Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your requests (email) and arranging the audit call — legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and/or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6.1.b / 6.1.f GDPR).
- Managing your booking via cal.com — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
- Site security and operation (logs, abuse protection) — legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and available (Art. 6.1.f).
4 · Cookies and similar technologies
The site sets no first-party cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner.
The only exception is the “Book” page, where the cal.com calendar is embedded: when you open it, cal.com may set technical cookies or storage needed for the calendar to work. You can also book by emailing us directly, without using the embed.
5 · Third parties and recipients
We rely on selected providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, proxy and security (processes IP addresses and network metadata).
- NeoServ — hosting of the site origin (server logs).
- Cal.com, Inc. — booking management on the “Book” page. See the cal.com privacy policy.
- Email provider — to receive and handle messages sent to info@rauros.ai.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
6 · Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Cloudflare, cal.com) are based in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on adequate safeguards under the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
7 · Retention
We keep communications and booking data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and for any legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for limited periods for security and diagnostics. On request we delete data we are not required to retain.
8 · Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can exercise them at any time by writing to info@rauros.ai.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Croatia the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr — or with the authority of your country of residence.
9 · Changes to this notice
We may update this notice over time. The version in force is always the one published here, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
